An inspiration to everyone who reads her story, Laura enjoys every minute of life. Laura shares the trials and tribulations of her journey to lose a person, yes, a 130 lb extra person she carried with her until she reached her personal weight loss goal in March 2007. She describes her experience as the easiest and the hardest thing she has ever done and yet her journey is far from over. Her Trek 5000 WSD will certainly come in handy as she pedals forward to maintain her weight loss, complete her first triathlon, plan trips abroad with her bike and her best friends and put herself out there in the dating world. Read more about Laura's "Life on Capitol Hill", as a single, 38-year-old, extremely organized, hard-working woman with a bad case of wanderlust. Laura shares her innermost secrets with you... the things we all think about but are afraid to say.

Ah, the latest casualty. You should send these photos to the DC DOT, or whatever agency is in charge of evil signs. Poor little bug.
If only my evil signs would fall down. I just have to wait until the first snowfall. The idiot company that plows their alley will knock it down for sure. They're the same ones who dumped 7' of snow onto our sidewalk and driveway last winter.
