"Lots of Inquiries"

Cayucos 152 It's that time of year again, Fire Storms are showing up all over the place and the air quality is horrible.  This is not a good time to be riding your bike, nor is it a good time during an earthquake, tornado or hurricane.  We are lucky in California that we traditionally deal only with Earthquakes and Fires.  Whatever happened to the term Forest Fires?  These days the fires are burning down homes.  Oh well, such is life all around the world, everyone has their own issues to deal with.

I wanted to pass along some interesting information to you all because I have received so many inquiries lately about a particular model of bicycle.  The FX series seems to be fascinating a lot of folks that are in my demographic.  Men and Women alike are looking for a stable, comfortable ride that is also efficient.  I am quite surprised how many people have asked me if I tested this model bike.  Sooo, I have passed along the spirit of your inquiries to Trek and asked them for this model to test ride.  I love all my bikes and to each of them there is a "Season and Reason" for the ride.  Now, I am looking for a good old friend that will take me where I want to go at "62" (almost).   I told them at Trek that this bike needs some press time too.  I have the 7.2 FX and it is perfect for my Sarris trainer and I don't want to upset that perfect set up.

I have one lady that I connect with quite often that went ahead and purchased the 7.6 FX and I will pass along some of her comments to you on the next blog entry.   Stay tuned.  By the way, since I returned to work after knee surgery, I am learning new / additional duties, and my brain has been in overload.  While it's good to keep the learning process ever forward, I have been a little overwhelmed, and remiss about my entries.  Please forgive me and keep reading,  I have many tales to tell.

I got one when it was a 7500 FX - just call me a trendsetter!

I talked my choir director into looking at the 7.5 and she loves hers...

I just wanted to let you all know Ihad a great time with my 2008 7.2 FX WSD its cool and cute I get a lot of compliments on the coor too. I rode it 70 miles one day ( the most I every rode in a day) I was not too sore and it was great I rode another 30 miles the next day it was fun and I had no aches and pains. It's a great entry level bike for a great price.
Have fun

Thanks for the great comments Barbara. The 7.2 is a nice sturdy bike as well as good looking and I too have enjoyed mine. Keep me posted on your adventures.
