ATTACK OF THE MARSHMALLOWS

Gingerbread
I have made gingerbread houses for the last 7 years.  They always look a little more like a haunted house instead of a gingerbread house but I love them because they are my monkeys’ creation.  Yes, I buy the pre-made sides for the house but we do all the decorating.

We waited for Seamus (a.k.a. destructo) to take a nap before starting because we knew that he would probably crush the whole house. We all pitched in and decided that the gingerbread house would be taken over by the marshmallow people.  It was a nice spin on the holiday theme.  It also gave the monkeys the opportunity to eat a ton of marshmallows before the house was completed.   Tomorrow sugar cookies!
